To address the structural requirements, this flatbed semi trailer is designed with significant upgrades. The main beam features a heavy duty high strength design with reinforced upper and lower flanges, providing strong rigidity to resist bending under full loads. The chassis uses densely spaced cross members and a reinforced 4 beams gooseneck with multiple side supports to keep the entire frame rigid. The loading platform combines a heavy duty side frame with a durable patterned steel floor to handle heavy, abrasive cargo and resist long term wear.

To adapt to Senegal's mixed road conditions, we built a durable and secure running gear. The vehicle uses three heavy duty ZY axles and premium leaf spring suspension to absorb road shocks and keep the massive payload stable. Durable TRIANGLE tires provide reliable grip and long lasting durability. A reinforced JOST kingpin and a reliable braking system ensure compatibility, while abundant rope hooks and tighteners, a tall corrugated front guard and reinforced container locks keep every load secure.
