3 Axle 60 Tons Flatbed Semi Trailer With Front Board For Cameroon

A month ago, a long-standing client from Cameroon contacted us, needing to purchase several reliable semi-trailers for transporting containers and bulk cargo for his own customers. These trailers were intended primarily for transport from the Port of Douala to inland destinations. Given the client's report that his previous trailers had suffered structural deformation and become unusable, we recommended a reinforced 3 Axle 60 Tons Container Flatbed Semi-trailer equipped with a front headboard. Impressed by the quality of our product, the client immediately placed an order for three units.

The normal semi-trailers previously put into use by the fleet encountered uneven, potholed, and unpaved roads. Due to the combined pressure of heavy loads and bumps, structural deformation problems occurred: for example, the gooseneck bent, the side beams were torn and deformed by the container locks, and the work platform became dented. As the trailers were required to transport long, tubular materials, a front bulkhead was necessary to prevent heavy cargo from sliding forward during emergency braking and creating safety hazards; The front fender of the previously purchased semi-trailer was deformed after multiple impacts, and the front beam was also affected. Moreover, it is quite troublesome to repair.

To address these structural and safety issues, we used a 1.6m high semi-trailer front panel with a plug-in pillar design. Even after repeated impacts and damage, it can be directly removed for repair or replacement. The bottom fixing points do not tear the side beams, ensuring that the main structure does not deform. To enable the semi-trailer to withstand greater impact and tearing forces under heavy loads, we adopted a four-main-beam gooseneck design. This provides unmatched rigidity and completely eliminates the risk of gooseneck fracture.Additionally, special thick reinforcement plates were welded around the container twist locks, exponentially increasing their tear resistance and ensuring absolute container stability.

To further extend the semi-trailer's service life, the platform structure incorporates a dense arrangement of 10# channel steel cross-members, side supports, and through-beams, along with 6# channel steel floor supports. Regarding the running gear and suspension, the vehicle is equipped with three 13-ton-rated ZY axles, a five-point reinforced suspension system, heavy-duty 90x16mm leaf springs, and large 13R22.5 tires, maximizing both shock absorption and load-bearing capacity. All lighting units feature integrated waterproof wiring harnesses and protective grilles to effectively minimize damage and replacement needs.
