A client from Nigeria found our company through our website. They own a local construction engineering firm and, driven by the expansion of cross-border road networks and the resulting surge in demand for road construction, sought to purchase an asphalt semi-trailer for transporting asphalt and carrying out paving work. After understanding their requirements, we recommended a 4 Axles 45000 Liters Asphalt Semi Trailer model known for its high load capacity, competitive pricing, and durability. The client was highly satisfied and immediately decided to make the purchase; the trailer has since been delivered and is now in use.

The trailer features an inner tank wrapped in an 80–100mm insulation layer (aluminum silicate or rock wool), an aluminum foil reflective layer, and a galvanized steel outer skin. It boasts a static temperature drop rate of ≤1.8°C per hour, maintaining heat for 24–36 hours at ambient temperatures and preserving asphalt fluidity even in sub-zero winter conditions. High-strength anti-surge baffles are installed inside the tank to minimize fluid impact during heavy-load transport, thereby reducing the risk of rollover and enhancing driving stability. A digital temperature controller ensures precise regulation between 135°C and 165°C, featuring automatic heating start/stop and automatic reheating when the temperature drops, ensuring the asphalt does not solidify during long-distance transport or while waiting at job sites.

Our semi-trailers utilize components from renowned brands, ensuring greater durability and extending the vehicle's overall service life. Prompt and reliable after-sales service enables us to resolve customer issues more quickly.Brand parts like ZY, FUWA, BPW axle; LINGLONG and TRIANGLE tire; JOST, YAHUA, FUWA landing gears and WABCO brake valve etc. At the same time, we offer high-quality products and comprehensive accessory support, ensuring a safe and reliable experience for users.

After production, our semi-trailers undergo a wax-spraying process to prevent rust and corrosion during transport. Before spraying, we clean the trailers to remove surface impurities and prepare the surfaces for the anti-rust wax and grease, thereby enhancing adhesion. Once the wax application is complete, we inspect the treated areas for issues such as missed spots, runs, or dust contamination; subsequently, we apply grease to areas particularly prone to rusting to provide a layer of dual protection.
