Three months ago, a customer from Chad reached out to us on the recommendation of a friend. The customer was interested in purchasing two container flatbed semi trailers for container transport. To help extend the service life of the semi trailer to some extent, this model incorporates numerous design details. As the primary purpose of this semi trailer is to transport various types of containers, we have reinforced the mounting points for the container locks, making them more sturdy and durable. Moreover, for the suspension system, we adopt an enhanced structure with balance shafts on both sides. Additionally, we have incorporated a triangular reinforcement design at the connection between the suspension and the side member, which greatly improves the trailer's resistance to shocks, twisting, and bending over long trips.

Before transporting the container flatbed semi trailer to the port, we apply a rust proofing treatment. A wax coating is applied to the container flatbed semi trailer, which effectively reduces the risk of rust formation during transit. This wax layer forms a durable protective barrier against moisture and salt spray, offering reliable corrosion resistance throughout the sea voyage.
