With the launch of the new logistics base project at the Port of Kribi in Cameroon, the demand for container flatbed semi trailers has been increasing. Four months ago, a customer from Cameroon contacted us through our website to purchase two container flatbed semi trailers for his logistics supply chain company. After receiving the inquiry, we communicated the trailer configuration, pricing, and lead time with the customer. Based on local working conditions in Cameroon and the customer’s requirements, we recommended the 3 Axle 50 Tons Container Flatbed Semi Trailer. As the trailer fully met the customer’s needs, the order was placed quickly. Two weeks ago, the trailers arrived at the port, and the customer took delivery without any issues. A week later, the customer shared photos of the trailers in operation, reporting that they were running steadily and expressing great satisfaction with their performance. They also expressed interest in future cooperation with us.

Considering the poor road conditions in most parts of Cameroon, this flatbed semi trailer is equipped with Triangle brand 315/80R22.5 tires. These tires feature a wide tread that offers a large contact area with the ground, ensuring stable operation even on rough and uneven roads. The three line tread pattern enhances road adaptability, while the shoulder opening design effectively reduces shoulder temperature, thereby extending tire life. Such thoughtful design not only improves durability but also provides greater reliability for long term use in challenging environments.

The main components of this semi trailer are all sourced from well known brands, and we have also incorporated a number of thoughtful design details. This semi trailer is primarily used for transporting containers, so we have reinforced the container locks on the flatbed to enhance their durability and service life. Given the poor local road conditions, tires are likely to kick up gravel during transport, which could damage the side lights. For this reason, we have installed protective covers for each side light to ensure long term reliability and reduce maintenance needs.

The two container flatbed semi trailers shown in the picture were purchased by a Chadian customer for international container shipping. Considering the cross border transport of containers, the main components of these semi trailers were sourced from reputable manufacturers, and we incorporated many carefully designed details to ensure their longevity. Production was arranged immediately after the customer placed the order. Once production was complete, the two flatbed semi trailers were stacked together and transported to the port. This stacking method helps reduce transportation costs, thereby lowering the customer's overall procurement costs.
