Guinea is rich in mineral resources, and with the development of these resources, the transportation industry is experiencing new growth opportunities, leading to a significant increase in the overall demand for transport vehicles in the Guinean market. A Guinean customer's transportation company needed a brand-new tractor unit as its business expanded. After understanding the customer's situation, we recommended SHACMAN F3000 6x4 10 Wheels 430HP Tractor Truck. The customer found the truck to be of excellent quality and quickly decided to purchase it from our company. Our factory also accelerated production, completing the production in just 30 days. The truck has now been loaded onto a ship and transported to the port of Boké.

The SHACMAN tractor truck is equipped with a WEICHAI large-displacement engine, boasting 430 horsepower and exhibiting significant low-speed, high-torque characteristics, resulting in rapid acceleration and powerful climbing ability, easily handling complex working conditions such as heavy loads and mountainous terrain. It is paired with a Fast 12-speed transmission, featuring intelligent shifting logic and smooth power delivery, significantly reducing driver workload. Furthermore, the overdrive design achieves an optimal balance between power and economy. Utilizing a low-drag cab design, intelligent fuel-saving control system (such as ECO mode), and lightweight technology, fuel/gas economy is improved by 5%-10%.

The SHACMAN F3000 tractor truck features a high-strength steel through-frame design, balancing lightweight construction with load-bearing capacity. The overall vehicle weight is kept within a reasonable range, maximizing cargo capacity for users. The rear axle utilizes a HANDE maintenance-free drum or disc drive axle with optimized speed ratios, achieving a load capacity of over 16 tons to meet heavy-duty transport needs. The cab features a flat-top design with a spacious interior, including a berth width exceeding 100mm and a thick, soft mattress to meet the rest requirements of long-distance driving.

Our trucks undergo waxing after production to prevent rust and corrosion during transportation. Before waxing, we clean the trucks, removing impurities from the vehicle's surface to prepare for the next step of applying rust-preventive wax and grease, thus enhancing their adhesion. After the rust-preventive wax is applied, we check the waxed areas for any missed spots, runs, dust, etc., and then apply a second layer of grease to areas prone to rust for double protection.
