This export project features 2 units of RUCKMAN 3-axle 50-ton container flatbed semi trailers for a returning logistics customer in Senegal. The first batch has completed production and been transported to the port for export, marking another step in our ongoing cooperation with the customer.
Our customer in Senegal is engaged in logistics and transportation. After securing new transportation contracts, the customer needed additional flatbed semi trailers to support its business operations.
Having previously purchased semi trailers from us and being satisfied with their quality, the customer decided to continue the cooperation. After receiving the customer's requirements, our sales team promptly prepared a quotation. Following price confirmation, both parties successfully finalized an order for 2 units of 3-axle 50-ton container flatbed semi trailers.
The order includes 2 units of 3-axle container flatbed semi trailers, each with a rated payload of 50 tons. This trailer type is designed for container transportation and is suitable for logistics and port-related transport operations.
The trailers are suitable for transporting standard 20-foot and 40-foot containers. Production was arranged according to the confirmed order specifications.
After the order was confirmed, production was arranged according to the agreed specifications. The first batch of container flatbed trailers has now been completed and prepared for export.
The completed trailers were loaded onto transportation vehicles and secured for delivery to the port, preparing them for the next stage of international shipment.

Before transportation, anti-corrosion wax was sprayed over the entire trailer to help protect its surfaces against moisture and potential corrosion during sea transportation. The trailers were then covered with waterproof tarpaulins and securely fastened.
The protective covering helps reduce direct exposure to seawater, moisture and other external conditions during transportation and handling, providing additional protection for the trailer body and components.
