37 Tons XCMG Crane Container Side Loader Trailer

Side Lifting Container Loader is Conbined by Skeleton Container Semi Trailer and XCMG Lifting Mounted 37 Tons Crane.

Skeleton type container transporter is one kind of container transport semi-trailer frame and the other is flat type. Skeleton car is welded by stringer, cross beam and front and rear beams. The longitudinal beams are welded in I-shape (main size 450, 500) with high quality steel plate 16Mn submerged arc. The cross beams are stamped into grooves with high quality steel plates. The beam is a welded rectangular section. An integral long beam is provided at the intermediate container locking device to improve the bearing capacity of the container locking device. 

37 Tons XCMG cranes are installed on the front and End of The Skeleton Runing Gear Chassis.It can load and unload 20 feet Container or 40 feet containers which is welcomed in Seaport that without Big Lifting Crane Equipments.

The frames of this series of container transport semi-trailers are all shot peened. The entire frame is assembled and welded on a dedicated positioning platform, which has a reasonable structure, high strength and beautiful appearance. A container tightening device is set on the frame, which can load two standard containers of 40 feet and 20 feet. The four container tightening devices at the front and rear are fixed structures, and the middle container tightening device is a concealable structure.
